This lovely penthouse unit has such a fabulous ocean view that will take your breath away. It has two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, lovely living room area, fully equipped kitchen and laundry area. Both balconies on front and back have ocean view, great spaces to relax and enjoy the ocean breeze.

This lovely condo is located only a block away from Playa´s nicest beach, Coco Beach. It is a new developing neighbourhood surrounded by beautiful luxury buildings. The location is also very convenient as it is half a block from famous 5th Avenue, where you can find everything, from all sorts of restaurants, bars and shops.
