The three large windows in the living room create a 180 degree view of the sparkly blue ocean, the long sandy beach and unobstructed golden sunsets each and every night. This is the only unit in the building with views to the North, West and South! Surfing, swimming, sight-seeing, people-watching, and Sea World... It's all right here!This beach front, luxury condo is in the perfect location in the center of Mission Beach; convenient to restaurants, nightlife, and family activities abound. San Diego International Airport is just a short drive or taxi ride. Restaurants and activities are mostly within walking distance or a short bike ride.The living room is beautifully decorated and has a large sectional leather couches and a matching stretch ottoman that creates comfortable seating for the whole family. There is also a large screen television with full cable channels and VCR/DVD player, stereo system, telephone for local calls, vaulted wood-beamed ceilings, hardwood floors throughout and again, AMAZING VIEWS from every seat. The kitchen is brand new, with granite countertops and maple cabinetry, stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher. There is also a washer and dryer in the home for your convenience. We also provide a secure, high speed internet connection that can be used throughout the house and even on the sand out in front of the house! Imagine yourself in a beach chair, in the warm sun with the waves crashing next to you doing work or sending emails to friends, family and coworkers back at home. This home truly offers a luxury beach lifestyle!The master bedroom has two queen-size beds, private master bathroom with spacious walk in shower with floor to ceiling tile and large mirrored closets. The second bedroom also has a queen-size bed to maximize sleeping space and large mirrored closets. Both bedrooms have dressers so you can make your self at home, reading lights near the bed and alarm clocks so you don't miss a minute of your vacation on the beach unless you want to.This home comes with one off street parking space next to the building.With the beach being right there at the tip of your toes, we also provide boogie boards, sand toys, beach chairs, and beach towels, so that you can better enjoy the area the way we do.For an additional $15 charge, you can order food and dairy products to be delivered to the home prior to your arrival. Orders must be placed a minimum of 3 days prior to your arrival date. Your order plus the delivery fee will be charged to your credit card.
