This 7th floor condo has a spacious balcony with breathtaking views of the Emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico along the beautiful pool area of The Tides at Tops'l.

Absorb the spectacular views from the master bedroom that opens to the balcony area. The master bathroom with relaxing whirlpool tub, large walk in shower, double vanity, and more!

The comfortable guest bedroom features twin beds, and a TV and VCR for enjoyment. The guest bathroom is located just across the hall.

Whether making a quick snack or a complete meal you will enjoy the convenience of the modern updated kitchen that includes granite countertops.
Formal dining and living areas offer spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico. You will truly be pleased by all the features this vacation condo has to offer!

Feel like having a barbecue? Make use of the newly added grilling area on the ground floor of The Tides at Tops'l, complete with lighting.

Relax at one of the beachside pools and enjoy a snack or exotic drink at the Blue Dunes Grille & Tiki.

Tops'l Beach and Racquet Resort is a private gated community consisting of 52 acres with 600 feet of sugar white beaches. The Resort offers 14 Rubico tennis courts, top of the line fitness center, racquetball court, pro shop, plus much more!

Enjoy the adjacent nature preserve with over 3.5 miles of undisturbed shoreline...a nature lover's dream!
Guests at The Tides will have free use of the two tennis courts, basketball court, putting green, and shuffleboard courts located at The Tides at no charge. There are limited supplies available to be checked out for these Tides amenities at the Association office on the ground floor of the building.
Complimentary tram service throughout the Resort for ease.

Guests can also choose to purchase an amenity card for $45/day + tax from the front desk 7 days a week from 8am-8pm. This amenity card would allow guests to use the newly updated fitness center, aerobics classes, two pools at the fitness center, tennis courts (which can be booked up to 24 hours in advance in 1.5 hour block of time increments). The tennis clinics and/or special round robin tournaments cost extra.

If you don't like carrying your complimentary beach chairs from the condo down to the beach, as a guest at Tops'l you are allowed to rent beach chair set ups on the beach.
