This is a cozy cabin in the heart of old Lakeway. It features a large deck overlooking the main body of Lake Travis and a smaller privacy deck on the third floor with a breathtaking view. The home has recently been completely remodeled with a slate kitchen, granite counter tops, hardwood floors and slate bathrooms. The gameroom on the lower level has a pool table and a bar. The home also features a DVD player and sleeps 4 - 6 people with its queen bed, two twin beds and two twin sofa sleepers. This is a great home for a Lake Travis getaway with the family!

The home is in close proximity to all Lake Travis has to offer: boating, swimming, wake boarding, water skiing, golf courses, parks, tennis courts and much more!

Fully stocked, linens and supplies included. Just bring beach towels for boating and swimming. Boat and watercraft rentals at the Lakeway Marina.

Great Location: approximately 35 minutes from ABIA, 30 minutes to downtown Austin and University of Texas campus. 10 minutes to fine shopping at the Hill Country Galleria. 25 minutes to Austin's luxury shopping and upscale dining at the Domain (Nieman Marcus, Tiffany's, Louis Vuitton, Macy's, Burberry, Michael Kors, St. Thomas, David Yurman as well as fine restuarants like Flemings, Jasper's, Mc Cormick & Schmick's, and Kona Grill just to name a few. 30 minutes to downtown area music venues to include some but not all : Antone's, Cedar Street, Threadgills, Elephant Lounge, and the Continental Club as well as Austin City Limits festival site, Zilker Park.

South Shore location on Lake Travis leaves you much closer to Austin's entertainment, recreation, and fine dining than properties located on the North Shore of Lake Travis. Also a good starting point for Hill Country day trips to Schlitterbahn, Sea World, Fiesta Texas, San Antonio, New Braunsfels, and more.
