Newly remodeled, hardwood floors, gourmet kitchen, new bathrooms, designer furniture, fireplace, high speed internet, flat screen TV's! Located on a quiet cul-de-sac adjacent to the Lomas Santa Fe Country Club with magnificant views of the golf course.. The condo is a short walk to amenities such as grocery shopping, restaurants and gym. The OCEAN is only 1.5 miles away and golfing is available at the Lomas Sante Fe Executive public course and is just moments away. Also, walk to San Dieguito Park that has awesome hiking trails, children's play area, picnic area and sports field. The unit has a private garden and patio area which is convenient for barbecuing and is very peaceful. Will consider long term. Small dog on approval only, monthly stay minimum.
