This newly constructed waterfront home overlooks the marsh Sound and affords some of the best sunset views over the Currituck Sound. Inside plush furnishings, fine details and high end appliances make this home one of the finest vacation resort homes in Corolla. A fabulous separate King Master suite features its own private kitchenette with living area with a flat screen TV and DVD player. The sun filled game room has a wet bar, flat screen, pool table, Xbox 360 video system and balcony. The open gourmet kitchen housing stainless steel appliances, a Five Star gas range, wine cooler and adjoins to the great / dining room which features a gas fireplace, flat screen TV, wireless internet and a dining table for 8 people. Outside lounge in the private pool (12' x 25' heater option available seasonally) and the hot tub and enjoy the privacy and views by the outdoor bar as you grill, sip cocktails and await the memorable sunset.
This home is cared for by a locally-based property management staff, to help you when needed and to ensure that your stay with us goes smoothly.
