The upstairs of this well maintained home offers a large living room, opening to a large sun deck with incredible views of the ocean and sound. In addition, the well equipped kitchen and dining room is adjacent to a screen porch for ocean view dining. A powder room completes this level. Downstairs you will find 2 bedrooms (Q, 2 Bunks) sharing a hall bathroom, the master bedroom (Q) with TV and master bath, and laundry area with washer and dryer. Amenities include central A/C and heat, dishwasher, microwave, 2 color TVs, VCR, DVD, HI-Speed Wireless connection, and a stereo w/ CD and cassette player. Also on this level are ceiling fans, and telephone (252) 986-1474. Enjoy the basketball goal, and ample concrete parking along with an outside shower with hot/cold water, fish cleaning table, and park style grill. This house is approximately 500 feet to the beach.
