The main floor offers Living/dining/kitchen combo w/ serving window to screened porch with ample furniture. Also on this level is a front bedroom w/ 2 singles and half bath, 2 additional bedrooms (Q, D) and hall bathroom. Climb the stairs to the master bedroom (Q) with private sitting area and sun deck. Amenities include central A/C and heat, washer, dryer, dishwasher, and microwave. Also, enjoy other amenities such as 2 TVs/2VCRs/Stereo with CD player, and telephone (252) 995-5525. You will also find an enclosed outside shower with H/C water, lighted fish cleaning table and park style grill. FREE use 25-meter Olympic pool, kiddie pool, tennis courts. No Smoking Please.
