Located one lot back from the oceanfront, this quaint “cottage" has been completely remodeled and renovated. You will enjoy the NEW 4 person HOT TUB, hours on the screened porch, or a cozy winter evening in front of the fireplace. The living room is very comfortably furnished with a gas fireplace (available late fall and winter only), 3TVs, DVD, stereo with CD player, and ceiling fan. A separate dining room opens to the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, and a stack washer and dryer. The master bedroom has a queen bed, ceiling fan, TV, and the cutest “little" half bath you have ever seen. The second bedroom has a queen bed and ceiling fan. Additional amenities include:high speed wireless internet access, central AC and Heat, a large enclosed outside shower with hot/cold water, a wheelchair ramp, charcoal grill, and handicap grab bars.
