Great ocean views along with a close-up view of the fishing action on the Avon Fishing Pier. Downstairs at ground level is the enclosed outside shower with hot/cold water, fish cleaning table and park style grill. You will also find a picnic table in a shady spot for your outdoor meal enjoyment.

From the concrete driveway area, you have covered entry into the home. On the lower level, there are two queen bedrooms with ceiling fans, and an open shared deck. The third bedroom has two full sets of bunks. In the hallway, you will find a full bath with Jacuzzi tub and a laundry closet area.

Continue upstairs to the upper level and you enter the spacious great room with vaulted ceiling and ceiling fans. Off the great room, you will also find another full bath. On the beach facing side of the home, you enter into a private sitting area/sun porch for relaxing conversations. The dining table seats eight diners comfortably. From the living/dining area, one may exit onto the screened porch for open air dining, or onto the furnished open deck for catching golden rays of the sun. Continue upward to the crow’s nest to spot your incoming ship of gold or a school of playful dolphins or game fish. The entertainment center includes TV, VCR, CD and AM/FM Stereo.
