There’s nothing left to chance in Pair A Dice. Ramp up to the under-house entry and let the fun begin! Entry foyer has elevator with access to all levels, rod storage and a half bath. Second floor has a centrally located den with room for everyone, television with VCR/DVD, and a laundry/utility room. Three bedrooms, each with private baths, round out this level. The 1st bedroom (2 twins and TV/DVD) and 2nd bedroom (King and TV) have doors opening to the covered, canal-front deck. The 3rd bedroom (Queen) has television with DVD/VCR.
Next stop is luxury living with awesome views of the Pamlico Sound. Open and spacious living room/dining room/kitchen area with hardwood floors and a half bath beckons. The gourmet kitchen will satisfy even the most particular chef with double ovens, a 5-burner gas stove with adjacent large pot faucet, large refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, wine cooler and a 50-lbs/day icemaker. The 2 breakfast bars seat 2 each and the dining room seats 10. Adjacent to the dining room is a private breakfast room with deck access, dining or game table seating 4 and television with DVD/VCR. Living room views will entrance you, so you might not even notice the 48" LCD TV/DVD and HIGH SPEED WIRELESS INTERNET ACCESS. The living room opens to large, canal front deck; the spiral staircase leads to the observation deck with incredible views. The finale is the top-floor MASTER BEDROOM (King) that’s a sure treat with TV, private bathroom with Jacuzzi tub, glass-wall shower and double sinks.
Dock your boat at the private boat dock (Boats up to 24’ long with access are subject to tides & shoaling). Grill outside and dine at the picnic table and benches or soak in the 6-person HOT TUB after using the enclosed outdoor hot/cold shower.
