A Windsurfer's delight; direct sound access, bulk heading with dock, private beach area, and locking storage including sailboard racks and kayaks, 1 single & 1 double, with paddles and life jackets. Plenty of room to rig in the side yard!
The first floor of Mariner's Roost offers a screened porch, large living room/dining room/kitchen combo, the laundry room and a bedroom (queen) with shared bathroom. The living room is well equipped with TV/VCR/DVD, stereo, books and games. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms (queen & 2 sets of bunks) both sharing a bathroom. Enjoy a midnight soak in the hot tub or watch sunset from the sound front deck. Well equipped for your vacation! Additional amenities include: 2 outside H/C showers, lockable storage with sailboard racks, dock, water access stairs, hot tub, and picnic table. Beds: 2 queesn, 2 bunks.
