A half bath plus the master bedroom with ceiling fan, TV/VCR/DVD, master bath and adjacent screened porch complete the top floor. Downstairs are three additional bedrooms, 2 w/ ceiling fans, TVs/VCRs/DVDs. One BR has a sliding glass door to the LARGE lower deck with HOT TUB. A full bath and laundry area(W/D)complete the first floor.High Speed Wireless Internet access,central A/C/Heat, telephone (252) 995-4602, fish cleaning table, enclosed outside shower with hot/cold water,FREE use of 25 meter Olympic pool, kiddie pool, tennis courts.
