Completing the first floor is a hall bathroom and a washer/dryer. Upstairs you will find a large living room/dining room/kitchen combo, half bath, screened porch with a picnic table and don't forget the beautiful OCEAN VIEW! Additional amenities include TV/DVD, stereo with CD player, dishwasher, microwave, and icemaker, outside shower with H/C water, lighted fish cleaning table, park style grill, and concrete under house parking.
