“Casa Bella" is the perfect house for everyone’s beach vacation. You will enjoy a FABULOUS ocean view and so much more!
Enter through the two-car garage and get ready for more! Adjacent to the garage you will find the ground floor game room with a treadmill, an air hockey table, foosball table and shuffle board table, a juke box, a TV and other assorted games for all ages. Also located on the ground floor is the laundry room with washer and dryer, a 3/4 bath, an extra full size refrigerator and a stand-alone icemaker. The 6-person hot tub is located on the first floor ocean side deck.
Ascend the stairs to the first floor and get ready to relax. The first bedroom (2 singles) has a TV; the second bedroom has an antebellum 4 poster queen bed, TV/DVD. It shares the hall bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub. “The Den" awaits….just around the corner. It's the perfect place to have a ball! You will spend hours enjoying all the entertainment the den has to offer. A fully equipped wet bar with a full size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and toaster make for some easy living. Entertain yourselves with the big screen TV/DVD, with comfortable seating area. Completing this room is a pool table with a small bar seating area. But don’t let the fun stop here….we haven’t even been upstairs!
The top floor is the “Bella of the Ball", with a fabulous ocean view! The living room/dining room/ kitchen is fully equipped for all of your needs. The kitchen has a 5-burner gas stove, double ovens, dishwasher, refrigerator with icemaker, microwave, trash compactor, and is fully equipped for any culinary endeavor. The dining table seats 8. The living room has a LCD TV/DVD/ stereo with CD player and a gas fireplace (Available November to April only). Also located on this level is the oceanfront master bedroom with a king 4-poster bed, TV/DVD, and master bath with Jacuzzi tub and separate shower. Finally, the 4th bedroom (queen) has a TV and use of the hall bathroom. Make “Casa Bella" YOUR house at the beach! See you soon!
