This contemporary Southern-style home is located across the street from the beach with easy beach path access. The stylish home has an elevator and a reverse floor plan, with seven bedrooms and five and a half bathrooms. Special features of this "Oasis in the South" are an Infinity pool with multi-colored night lighting, widescreen television and fireplace in the living room, pool table and drum set in the basement, and multiple wide decks that span the length of the home and feature deck furniture, rockers and a BBQ grill. A cabana house is next to the pool to help keep the floors in the house from getting wet. This "Oasis in the South" will comfortably accommodate up to 22 guests. Square feet: 4000
GROUND FLOOR: The large bonus room in the ground level of this property has two double/twin bunk beds, pool table and drum set, and a big screen TV (no cable) suitable for playing videogames or movies. This room is accessed through the garage. Just keep in mind there is no bathroom on the ground level, so guests will have to go up one level to use the "facilities"--but since the elevator does go to the ground level, getting to the next level is a cinch. FIRST FLOOR: The first floor has 3 bedrooms and the Master bedroom: the first bedroom next to the front door has a queen bed and a private bath; the next bedroom has a king bed with private bath; next is another bedroom with a queen bed and private bath. The large Master bedroom is furnished with a king bed and has a flat screen television and French doors that open to the pool. The Master bath has a whirlpool tub and separate shower, and double vanities. The main hall area of this level has 3 sets of French doors that open up to the deck with Infinity pool.
SECOND FLOOR: Up the stairs to the right is a bedroom furnished with a king bed which has a private bath with stand up shower. Next to that bedroom is a hall half bath. The next bedroom holds 3 queen beds. The living room offers beautiful ocean views and widescreen TV if those views aren't enough! The dining area seats 8 guests at the table. The gourmet kitchen features granite countertops and stainless steal appliances, and has two breakfast bars, which can seat up to 5 additional guests. The gathering area on this level features 4 sets of French doors that open to give access to a wide deck which overlooks the pool and has ocean views.
Each home includes: free parking, screened porch or deck, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, fully equipped kitchen with dinnerware, flatware, pots and pans, plus local telephone service.
