This newly constructed 8 bedroom home is soon to be the largest in Pedregal with 12 bedrooms planned for the spring of 2006.
Casa W is elegant and formal and is perfect for large groups. Marble floors and showers are complimented by granite countertops and Canterra tile. Each of the bedrooms features the same linens and basic amenities.
Enter through the gated courtyard with a beautiful fountain.
Bedroom Suite #1 has a separate entrance from the courtyard and is very private with its own 2 burner stove, microwave, mini fridge and coffee maker. There is a king size bed, sofa sleeper and full bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and large walk-in closet.
In the main house there are two bedrooms suites on the entrance level.
Bedrooms #2 and #3 - King Beds, Full Baths with Showers.
Down a flight of stairs is the main living area with powder room, living room with 42" plasma screen tv, formal dining room with seating for 10 at the table and an additional 4 at the breakfast bar, kitchen with 6 burner gas stove. This area opens up to the outdoor deck area.
Bedroom #4 is on this main level with King bed, sofa sleeper and full bathroom with jacuzzi tub.
The outdoor pool deck features a large fully tiled swimming pool complete with a shallow area that fits 3 lounge chairs. There is a 16 person jacuzzi and gorgeous teak lounge furniture including additional dining for 7. Surrounding the pool are beautiful sun beds, two of which are fully enclosable with curtains. The large outdoor bar features an automatic ice maker with purified water, a mini fridge and shelving for glasses and refreshments.
The four additional bedrooms are located one level down and each have king beds with full ensuite bathrooms with showers.
This villa is the perfect spot for corporate getaways or large extended families.
