This condo is within the newly developed Millstone Condominium complex (started in 2005). This particular unit is located on the second floor and is a very desirable end unit. The condo consists of three bedrooms and two baths.
Looking for a condo on the quieter side of the lake and within easy access to everything? Look no further. This is your ideal condo lake get-a-way. Upon entering this unit, you'll immediately be taken back with the lake views of the main channel. Flanked off the Condo's entry are two spacious bedrooms. One is equipped with a queen size bed. Just past the entry is the open floor planned dining area, kitchen and lakefront living room with fireplace. Angled off the Living Room area is the master suite. The master suite is equipped with a king size waterbed and a very expansive private master bath.

This unit overlooks the pool, so it is perfect for watching the kids swim and still enjoy the comforts of sitting in the shaded balcony porch and watch the passing boats on the water. The porch is accessible through slider doors off the Living Room as well as the Master Bedroom. There is dining for 6 and includes a gas grill, perfect for grilling your favorite outdoor meals. This unit also comes with acess to a private covered boat slip (12 X 32). Guests can rent this slip for $10 per day.
This 1,567 sq. ft. vacation rental is available year around. The desirable features include central heating and air conditioning, cable TVs, DVD, phone, ceiling fans, all bedding, dish towels, and an iron. The expansive kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher, microwave, range, ice maker and refrigerator. Other inclusions are regular trash service, open parking, and access to the laundry area off the kitchen.
This beautiful property is just 25-30 minutes away from all the Action on the busy side of the Lake – Bagnell Dam, Lake Ozarks, and Osage Beach – via the community bridge. Once you are here plan to take in any number of the Lake's attractions including state parks, theme parks, cave explorations, golfing, go-karts, theatres, bowling, music, etc.
Homes are furnished for normal housekeeping with dishes, cookware, flatware, glasses, grills, and basis appliances. Sofa sleepers are recommended for children’s use only and not that of adult usage. We are also pleased to provide bed linens, bath towels, and a starterpacket of detergents, bath soaps, trash bags and paper products (toilet paper and paper towels). Please bring replacements for starter packet items, your own beach towels, soaps, personaltoiletries, coolers, cleaning supplies, camera, life jackets, etc.
