Welcome to Shorewood, to North Bend, Fishing, Boating and the hours of fun you will find at the Sand Dunes! This one level home is very spacious and ready for your family reunions or vacations anytime of year! Large, open living spaces, with plenty of room for privacy in this sprawling ranch-type home, with great bonuses such as a game room, massive decking overlooking the bay and bridge, large fenced yard, extra large garages, plenty of parking, and so much more! The master suite has a king size bed and a walk-in shower in the bathroom. A sliding glass door leads to the deck from this bedroom. Guest room has a queen beds and views of the bay and bridge. The bunkroom has two sets of bunks, ready for 4 guests total. The Game room/family room has a queen size sleeper sofa, gas fireplace and a pool table (which also converts to ping-pong). Large country style kitchen with a breakfast table at one end and a formal dinner table on the other side with great views and access to the deck! This home has it all and it is so very close to the Dunes and the many lakes and other wonderful activities one can find to enjoy year round in North Bend!
This home is cared for by a locally-based property management staff, to help you when needed and to ensure that your stay with us goes smoothly.
