The property is just steps away from 7 miles of sandy beach, activities, shops and a new arcade for the kids!!-- Large open living room with a 42 inch wall mounted plasma TV with surround sound and DVD-- Master suite with a Sealy Posterpedic pillow top queen bed and a 32’ inch LCD TV with DVD-- Guest bedroom with a Sealy Posterpedic Queen bed and 19 inch TV-- Double sleeper sofa in the living room for snuggling in front of the fireplace while watching movies-- Queen size Raised AeroBed for extra guests-- Portable Crib/Playard and safety outlet covers for infants and toddlers-- Fully stocked condo with beach towels, sand toys, extra supplies, linens and a full kitchen containing all flatware, utensils, pots, pans, etc.-- Portable grill you can take to the beach, 6 beach chairs, and roasting sticks for the marshmallows.-- Expanded cable, local phone service, and wireless internet. And the unload with ease as the Rockaway Beach Pad has the two best covered parking places---right next to the second floor secured entrance!!
