Large open living , dining and kitchen areas with lovely rock fireplace and a two car garage. Summer guests will enjoy the good sized deck with lovely mountain views and filtered view of Lake Tahoe. Close to the public beach and local bike trails and just 2 miles to the heart of Tahoe City for shopping and dining. Boating guests are close to public boat launch near the Coast Guard station and for winter activities you are centrally located a short drive to Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows and Tahoe Nordic Center.
