The main house harbors 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and the guest house houses an additional 2 bedroooms and full bath with a small kitchen perfect for additional guests or the staff. Enjoy unsurpassable sunsets or the quiet sunrise. Perfect location to launch your kayak or canoe on Squibnocket Pond and boat across to the sandy South Shore of Squibnocket Beach. There is a private association deep water dock fully equipped to tie up to on the North Shore. A short distance to the center of Chilmark and about 7 miles from the quaint fishing village of Menemsha.
