The home is located on the Southeast side of Orlando, in the Sub-division of Sandpoint, within the Meadow Woods Area. The small sub-division offers quite but easy access to major highways, attractions, shopping, resturants and only 20 minutes from Orlando International Airport. A highly recommended and popular area by many guest that is just minutes away from all Central Florida’s theme parks, golfing, fishing, shopping and restaurants.
This 4 Bedroom/ 2.5 Bath Home With Private Pool is a 2 story unit. All Bedrooms are on the 2nd floor. The Master bedroom has Queen Size bed w/ TV, 2nd & 3rd Bedrooms each have a Double size beds & 4th Bedroom has 2 Twin size beds. Living Room has TV w/CD/DVD Player ans Sleeper Sofa. Dining area adjacent to Kitchen. Separate laundry room & half a bathroom on 1st floor. No access to garage. Two parking spaces in front of home. There is no parking on community streets. Turnday: Any. Amenities: Pool, Complex, Rating, Heated Pool, Bedding 1, Bedding 2, Bedding 3, Bedding 4, Stories.
