It has one balcony with acces from master bedroom, living, sunset perfect view, washer and dryer inside the unit, parking, wireless internet, walking closet.
The capacity for this apartment is maximum 6 people.

The condominium offers on premises: an ocean view swimming pool, sauna, a fitness center, a business center, a tennis court, and a playroom for small children. It is located in front of a white sandy beach.
