Beautiful styled brand new apartment building constructed with eye for details. 2 different apartments, the normal ones and the penthouses. Sleeps for 4 and 6 people.

The apartment building is around 350 meters from Playa Las Ballenas. Directly at the beach you will find several restaurants. A little walk further and you are in center town from Las Terrenas and you will find the other restaurants, bars and shops.

Playa Las Ballenas belongs to one of the best beaches in Las Terrenas. Quiet area, lots of private villas and beachfront restaurants.

The apartment complex has 12 apartments and a large common pool with an outside bar and barbecue. The complex is gated and has parking spaces. There is a common laundry with washing and drying machine.

All apartments are luxury furnished, with satellite TV. There is no internet. Complete equipped kitchen with large fridge, microwave , coffee maker.

Cleaning every day. 24 hrs guardian. There is no inversor or generator.

Bedrooms penthouses 218m2:

* 2 bedrooms with each a queen bed, aire, private bathroom
* 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, aire and private bathroom
* 250 usd per night

Bedrooms normal apartments 130 m2:

* 1 bedroom with queen bed, aire and private bathroom
* 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, aire and private bathroom
* 200 usd per night

*15 usd per night for every person extra who stays overnight.
