Choose to eat inside at the formal dining area or at the island bar which has an electrical outlet for appliances or outside on upper deck lounge furniture or dock side on mosaic inlay picnic table. Bright open kitchen with easy access to inside dining areas and living room.

Master bedroom has a private bath, queen size bed, walk in closet and TV with VCR. Guest bedroom has queen size bed, closet and drawers and balcony. Vinyl floors with throw rugs through-out this home.
