This brand new estate sits on the Sea of Abaco. The main house comes with 4 suites along with a children's bunk room on the third floor. This amazing home is set up for privacy and luxury. Connected to the main house are a guest house with master bedroom & bathroom, small refrigerator and living room that looks out on the Bay with walk out deck. Also connected on the east side of the home is a full outdoor kitchen and bar. This is incredibly set up for outdoor entertaining and fun as you look out on the bay and down on your own private pool and dock. The interior is lushly appointed with stone floors, beautiful cabinets with silestone countertops, stainless steel appliances, with separate entertainment area. Large dining room looks out over the pool and bay. Amenties: Private pool, patio and decks, private dock, central A/C, satellite TV, DVD, CD, stereo, microwave, dishwasher, linens, beach towels, gas grill, 2 ocean kayaks, ice maker, generator, outdoor shower, community pool, and tennis / basketball courts.
