2nd Floor: Bedroom with 2 twin beds, tv, dvd. Queen bedroom, tv, dvd, shared bath. King master bedroom, tv, dvd, vcr, bath with twin showers & private patio.
House has outside shower, gas grill and is just minutes away from shopping and dining.

This new little community is tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the hectic pace of Destin and its traffic and is located along beautiful Scenic Highway 30A in Santa Rosa Beach, which is the 20 mile corridor that meanders past beautiful beaches and past coastal dune lakes between Destin and Panama City.
This beautiful stretch of road will take you past the coastal communities of Watercolor, Seaside, Alyce Beach, Watersound and Rosemary Beach and is dotted with shops and restaurants along the way. The bike path runs the majority of the way which is also great for jogging or walking. Gulf Place is within ¼ mile which has a public beach access, shops, restaurants and other amenities for your enjoyment. Even closer beach access is located across the street by Goatfeathers restaurant. Santa Rosa Beach club and golf course are also just minutes away.
