The house is conveniently located within walking distance to the beach (200 yards), with a community pool for your convenience.

Designer furnished for the vacation experience of your life! Interior finishes include hardwood floors in living room, dining room and kitchen and luxurious carpet in all bedrooms. The kitchen is equipped with state of the art appliances, and custom cabinetry. Cozy living room with fireplace and flat screen TV makes it a great room for entertaining family or friends. Washer/dryer are provided. Your own personal elevator will take you to the 4th level Sky Bar that give you one of the most magnificent views of the Gulf and romantic sunsets. TVs are provided in every room.

Your second level outdoor deck with over 800 square feet of space is one of the largest in the entire area and is great for entertaining or sun worshipping.
