Seacolors is in the quiet neighborhood Gulf Trace. Enjoy breath-taking views of the Gulf and the 800-acre Grayton Beach State Park from the living area as well as the 40 foot long covered porch. Pool is surrounded by fencing and dense tropical greenery that makes the pool entirely secluded. Seacolors is less than a minute walk to the beach access.
1st Floor: Double carport, and gas grill

2nd Floor: Bedroom with 2 sets of bunks, tv, vcr, Queen bedroom with tv, dvd, vcr. King master bedroom with bath, tv, dvd, vcr, private patio. Also another full bath.

3rd Floor: Large living area, sleeper sofa, 27" tv, dvd, vcr, full bath, large patio with fantastic gulf views. Kitchen/dining combo with island bar, seating for 12, ceiling fans throughout.

4th Floor: Observation deck with unlimited gulf and beach views. Can see for miles, outstanding!!!

Private neighborhood roads that access the state park are great for walking and biking. Once you see the spectacular Gulf sunset from this house, you'll never want to stay anywhere else!
