This beach house is a perfect family retreat with a kitchen, dining room, living room, half bath and laundry room on the first floor. The large covered deck is a shady place to take in the gulf views. There is also a bedroom with two queen beds and a private bathroom on the first floor. The second floor provides two master suites with king beds, private bathrooms and access to back decks and sights of the gulf. There is also a bunkroom for the kids on the second floor. The four bedrooms and sleeper sofa provide a total occupancy of 12. “Off Call" is located in Seagrove Beaches’ Summer’s Edge. This beachside community is minutes away from shopping, restaurants and many activities in Rosemary Beach, Seaside and Destin. There are great bike paths, nearby lakes and state parks providing plenty of outdoor activities.
