Unit contains 1 Queen bedroom, tv, vcr with shared bath. 1 King master bedroom with 19" tv, private bath with makeup table, curved shower rod and patio with outstanding gulf views. Living area has 42" plasma tv, dvd, vcr, sleeper sofa and patio with great gulf views. Dining area will seat 6 with additional seating at the bar. Kitchen has tile floors, granite countertops, stainless appliances, large bar and laundry closet.

Overlooks large pool, hot tub, children's wading pool with waterfall, grilling/picnic area, adjacent game room and fitness center. Amenities include elevated tennis courts, shuffleboard courts, 2nd pool with Picnic area.

Large meeting room available to rent for private functions.
