3 bed 2 bath with great gulf views and only about 150 yards to the beach on private road!

Living area has 27" tv, dvd, plus a patio that entends the length of the house. Bedroom with 2 twin beds. Kitchen is spacious with all modern appliances. Laundry closet. Dining area seats 4, full bath. Bedroom with 2 Queens. King master bedroom, bath.
As the name implies, the house is located on probably the highest area around with easy access to the beach and with great views. A short 3 minute walk and you're at the beach.
