Where southern hospitality meets serenity and the most beautiful beach in all of Florida.(Sorry no weddings) Welcome to the Gritz Carlton. A spacious 5 bedroom 5.5 bath gulf front home with a private pool and jacuzzi located on 30-A in the Dune Allen area. The Gritz Carlton was built just for you. 1st floor is designed to accommodate a whole family by itself. You'll love the wet bar and large living-entertainment area leading out to the spacious colonial style covered back porch which overlooks the beautiful white sandy beaches and emerald green waters you been dreaming of all year long. Don’t forget to check out the upstairs, which is also incredible. The upstairs is very open and bright with high vaulted beam ceilings, large kitchen and dining area and a touch of southern charm it should be no problem to entertain the whole family. The master suite is located on the 2nd floor with beautiful views of it's own. Among other things this home is situated just East of the Santa Rosa Beach Golf Club driving distance from Destin and walking distance to Gulf Place and all of the shops within. This home rents Sunday-Sunday.
