1st Floor: Living area has 25" tv, dvd, vcr, stereo system, sleeper sofa. Dining area seats 8 with additional seating for 3 more at the bar. Kitchen has island bar and all modern appliances. Half bath. Large back deck with 2 grills and patio table with fantastic views of beach and gulf.

2nd floor: King bedroom, tv, bath with double vanities and jacuzzi tub, patio overlooking beach. Laundry closet. Bedroom with 2 Doubles, tv, vcr, bath and also patio overlooking beach.

3rd Floor: Double bedroom with day bed, 19" tv, bath, large windows with great views of the gulf of Mexico.

Property is within walking distance to fine dining and only minutes from silver sands factory outlet and destin commons.
