1st floor: House has nice large front porch. Living area has 50" tv, dvd, sound system & sleeper sofa. Dining area seats 8 with additional seating for 4 at the bar. Kitchen has large bar, granite countertops, stainless appliances. Laundry room. Queen bedroom with 27" tv, bath.

2nd Floor: King master bedroom, 25" tv, dvd, bath & patio. Queen bedroom, 25" tv, bath & patio.

3rd Floor: Loft/family room, 20" tv, dvd, sound system, Queen sleeper sofa, Twin sleeper sofa, bath & patio with really nice gulf views.

Located in the Seagrove community only 200 yds. From the beach. Community pool, tennis courts, outside shower, gas grill and just minutes from shopping or dining in Seaside and Rosemary beach
