Rock your cares away on the extra large porches of this 3000 sq. ft. beach cottage with wide open, up-close views of the blue green Gulf of Mexico and its sugar white beaches. You can see all the sights and hear the sounds of the pristine beach nearby! It’s just steps away from the private Summer’s Edge beachwalk and across the street from one of the pools.
This 3-story cottage has 2 living areas -a great room (the largest we've seen!)with a gorgeous kitchen, dining area and large balcony overlooking the ocean and a separate TV room on another floor. It sleeps 10 -3 kings, 1 queen, plus 2 pull-out sofas and 2 day beds.
Decorated in a designer New England coastal style ( you’ll love it!), this gorgeous home has hardwood floors throughout, lots of interesting antiques, 10 & 12 ft. ceilings, , and French doors opening to the fabulous Gulf breezes and views. There’s lots of room in this house to spread out and enormous privacy for multi-families.
Parking is no problem! Beside the foyer on the first floor is a garage and drive that can accommodate several cars. This home is at the end of the street and there is more space for cars to park.
The second floor has three bedrooms and a TV room. The master has a king-sized bed and private bathroom with fabulous ocean views through the French doors to the adjoining large balcony. There are two more bedrooms on this floor each with a private bath - one King and one Queen. Also on this floor is a TV room with lots of seating and a pull-out sofa.
The third floor has awesome views of the ocean and white sand from the large deck through French doors off the fabulous family room. The room is so large and still so cozy with lots of seating ( 2 sofas) in front of a large screen TV/DVD/CD. An adjoining dining area holds seating for large groups and the up-scale kitchen features black granite counters,ice machine, an island w/seating, and stainless steel appliances. The half bathroom is near the family room and there is one conveniently located bedroom on this floor with a king-sized bed and private bathroom.
The 4 bedrooms and living areas all have TVs & ceiling fans and there is a whole house stereo system.
Old Seagrove is nestled between Seaside and Rosemary Beach with 20 miles of bike trails linking them. Walk or bike easily to nearby shopping and fine restaurants. It's a close drive to Ft. Walton and Panama City airports! Every possible outdoor activity is nearby including art shows and wine festivals!
"Cape Cod" is nestled just barely south of 30-A in the quaint family-oriented neighborhood of Summer’s Edge with white picket fences and sidewalks. It has a great old-time neighborhood feeling with two pools – one heated and the other an infinity pool (just across the street). Beach rentals are located near the beachwalk.
“Cape Cod" is a sister home to “Nantucket" and decorated by the same designer. Just 5 homes apart, they both are non-smoking homes and so close to the beach. They are 2 of the largest homes in Summer’s Edge with premiere locations overlooking the beach. Rent them both and bring everyone! Rentals run Saturday to Saturday. Turnday: Any.
