Located on a quiet cul-de-sac directly across from the community pool and a quick walk to the beach via deeded beach access. Enjoy the sunset from the deck facing the beautiful emerald waters. Three bedrooms, three baths, with a Sleeper Sofa in the Living Room for extra sleeping space. Conveniently located within walking distance to the grocery store and the Silver Sands Outlet Mall. Sleeps 8. This cottage is in pristine like-new condition.

Four TVs, including a large-screen HDTV in the family room with DVD, VCR and HBO connection. Most other TV’s have VCR’s. High speed Cable Modem Internet connection allows easy internet access through the supplied Ethernet cable.

Also enjoy the fully-equipped full kitchen and full-size washer and dryer. 3 bedrooms (K, Q, Q, 1SS) and 3 full bathrooms. Two second floor decks offer a great spot to relax with views of the Gulf. Covered parking for one car with additional parking in the driveway and easily accessible additional parking.
