Havana Day Dreamin’ offers the best comforts of home. Nestled in a beautiful location on the Emerald Coast, this home was built and furnished with the ideal beach lifestyle in mind. Quality furnishings, paintings, and a spacious floor plan that sleeps up to 16 assure family enjoyment while promoting complete relaxation.
Havana Day Dreamin’ is furnished as follows:
1st Floor
Features two large bedrooms, one bedroom features a Queen Bed and the other bedroom offers two Full Size Beds and a set of twin Bunk Beds. Both bedrooms walk out to the private pool area, have their own private bath, television, and DVD player. The washer and dryer are located on this floor as well as the entrance to the home from the garage.
2nd Floor
Open floor plan welcomes you to a spacious Living, Dining, and Kitchen area with many windows that illuminate natural light. The Living area provides a large flat screen television with DVD player located next to your own wet bar. The Dining Area features table seating for eight with six additional seats at the kitchen bar. Your state-of-the-art Kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, recessed lighting, and granite countertops. A large Queen Bedroom and private bath with a balcony and views of the Gulf of Mexico and Lake are on this second floor. There is also a ½ bath. There is plenty of comfort for the whole family in the oversized living area.
3rd Floor
Amazing floor with a large window and two spacious Master Suites which allow you to escape, both with private balconies offering limited views the Gulf of Mexico and the beautiful Lake located in Dunes of Destin. Both have large Master Baths which indulge you! Large glass walk-in showers and inviting garden tubs enhance your relaxation experience. A large living area with expansive windows, views of the lake, computer desk and a couch with a Queen Bed Sleeper Sofa are located on the third floor. High speed internet access provided.
