Castle by the Sea is nestled in a beautiful community offering unsurpassed views of the emerald waters and sugar white shores of the Gulf of Mexico. This expansive home is equipped with an elevator and is wheelchair accessible. Designed and furnished with the ideal beach lifestyle in mind, this home combines quality furnishings, a spacious floor plan and all of the amenities a resort would offer. This Private Vacation Home is sure to provide family enjoyment while promoting complete and total relaxation.
Castle by the Sea is furnished as follows:
1st Floor
A Grand Foyer welcomes you as you enter your "Castle by the Sea". Two separate entertaining areas are located on this floor. One is a Game Room and the other is a Media Room which provides fun for the whole family. Both offer direct access to the amazing pool area complete with covered patio, outdoor kitchen, and sun deck with great furniture. This floor also feature a huge bath and two bedrooms, one with two sets of full twin bunks and the other with a surfer theme, queen bed and private bath.
2nd Floor
Open floor plan welcomes you to spacious Living, Dining, and Kitchen areas with numerous windows that illuminate the room with natural light. There is a huge balcony with lots of seating, a mini fridge, and a bar top with sink. The Living Area on this level is a large open floor plan with dining nook and open kitchen that is perfect for a large family to gather and enjoy the beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico and the Emerald Green waters. The dining area seats sixteen and the island has eight barstools. Your state-of-the-art Kitchen offers stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. A wet bar area just off the kitchen features rare and beautiful granite and a unique martini glass shaped sink. The 2nd Master Suite with a large private bath is located on this level as well as an additional half bath.
3rd Floor
Features three large bedrooms, one of which is the Grand Master Suite. Two other bedrooms as well as three baths and the laundry room are located on this floor. The Master Suite walks out to a private balcony and offers an expansive bathroom and whirlpool tub. A large balcony complete with wet bar is also located off of the Master Bedroom with unbelievable views.
4th Level
The fourth level of this home has a large sun deck that is accessed by the spiral staircase located outside of the Master Suite from the third floor. Patio furniture and a large area allow you to enjoy the ocean breezes and spectacular Gulf views.
