Welcome to Devon. In this great little beach front home located in the Island Cottages you will find room enough for 8 to sleep. On the first floor there is a king bedroom with a shower only bathroom. The second floor has a living room ( with a queen sleeper), dining room and the kitchen. From here, you will go up to the loft area that has 2 twins beds. The back porch is screened and there is a boardwalk to the beach.

Sleeps 8: 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Twins, 1 Sleeper Sofa.

Monthly Rate: $1900, October 5, 2009 - February 26, 2010 Turnday: Sunday. Amenities: Pets permitted, Pets permitted, Screened porch, Boardwalk, Boardwalk, 3 Night Stay, High Speed Internet, Outside shower, Sleeper Sofa, Twin, Queen, King.
