Relax on one of the ample balconies overlooking the sparking Gulf waters and enjoy breakfast, lunch or sunset drinks. Inside you'll discover renovated kitchen and baths with granite, new tile, and more of todays finishes. Presently furnished as a master suite, guest suite and 3rd bedroom set up as a den, you have room to roam.

Princess residents enjoy secure building access and parking garage, their pool, spa, pool side grill, proximity to the Residents Beach, and a short walk to the fabulous Marriott beach resort. Building rules require 90 day or longer rental term and security deposit.. Turnday: Any.
