The Grandview #404 is an updated, nicely furnished two bedroom, 2 bath privately owned condominium located on Marco Island, Florida.
You and your family (and guests!) will enjoy a comfortable vacation in this well-stocked and furnished unit. Accommodations for up to six guests include a king bed in the master suite, two twin beds in the guest bedroom, and a sofa-sleeper in the livingroom. Sliding glass doors open out to the screened lanai from both the master suite and the livingroom.
The unit has three televisions (flat screens in the living room and master suite) and 2 DVD players.
The property has covered, assigned parking, tennis courts and a (seasonally) heated swimming pool. The location puts you within walking distance to shops, restaurants, a movie theater, beach resorts and a public beach access walkway. Turnday: Any. Amenities: Condo, Air Conditioning, Pool Heated, Garage/carport, Elevator, Screened Lanai, Laundry in Unit, TV, VCR and/or DVD Player.
