Admiratly House #1702S is a privately owned two bedroom, 2 bath condominium. This unit provides views of the beach and Gulf of Mexico.
The sunny unit is set up with a split floorplan; the livingroom, dining area and kitchen are in the middle, with the master bedroom on the south side and guest bedroom on the north side.
The master bedroom has a king bed, and its own full bath and shower. There is a walk-in closet. Sliding glass doors open out to the lanai. The guest bedroom has two twin beds. There is a second full bath and walk-in closet.
The unit is fully stocked with all linens, towels, dishes, cookware and utensils.
The Admiratly House is conveniently located at the beach on Marco Island, Florida. The property has assigned (covered) carport parking. There is a (seasonally) heated swimming pool. An activities room is available, as well as a bar-be-que and tennis courts. Laundry rooms are located on each floor, and are coin operated. Turnday: Any. Amenities: Condo, Air Conditioning, Grill/BBQ, Pool Heated, Garage/carport, Elevator, Coin Operated Laundry, TV, VCR and/or DVD Player, Beachfront.
