The South Seas Tower I, #1007 is a nicely furnished and updated two bedroom, 2 bath condominium located at the South Seas complex on Marco Island, Florida.
This delightful unit offers southwest views of the beach and Gulf of Mexico, and south to Cape Marco. A balcony is off of the livingroom and both bedrooms.
The master bedroom has a king bed, with two twin beds in the guest bedroom. There are two full baths. The kitchen is updated and well-stocked.
The South Seas complex is a gated property located at the beach on Marco Island, Florida. There is a 24-hour guard gate. The landscaped grounds provide nice walkways to enjoy the tropical foliage. There is a (seasonally) heated swimming pool and exercise room. A boardwalk leads out from the property to the sandy beach. Covered parking is provided. Tennis courts are available on an hourly fee. Turnday: Any. Amenities: Condo, Air Conditioning, Pool Heated, Garage/carport, Elevator, Coin Operated Laundry, South Seas on the Gulf, Southern Exposure, TV, VCR and/or DVD Player, Beachfront, Fitness Room, Wireless or Cable Internet.
