This luxury villa has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and furnished to the highest standard. The Villa is also fully air conditioned and has central heating.
The villa has two master bedrooms both with en-suite. The first bedroom has a queen size bed, sliding doors to pool area and cable TV. The en-suite has his & her sinks, corner bath, large shower and walk in wardrobe.
The second en-suite bedroom has a Queen size bed, cable TV and a large wardrobe, the bathroom has a bath shower.
The third bedroom has two single beds, large wardrobe and has a window over looking the pool area.
The fourth bedroom has two single beds with a large wardrobe.
The lounge area is open plan with a large cable TV, DVD- VHS player and a music center. The dining room leads off the lounge area with a large dining table.
The kitchen is well spaced out and includes all modern appliances plus a breakfast table.
The pool area has a large lanai with table, chairs and sun loungers.
Orange Tree is a new community set in amongst lovely Orange Groves, located on Highway 27. This peaceful location makes an ideal base from which you can explore and combine the theme parks & attractions in and around Orlando. Orange Tree facilities which are available to our guests include children's playgrounds, tennis courts and basketball court.
The major theme parks are just a 20 minute drive away with local shops, restaurants & supermarket (Wal-Mart) less than 5 minutes. Golf courses, clear spring fed lakes excellent for fishing, boating and swimming activities are all within a 30 minute drive from the community. There is also a vineyard just a short distance north on Highway 27.
The white sandy beaches on the West Coast are just 90 minutes away & Daytona, the surfers delight, less than 2 hours drive along Interstate 4. Turnday: Any.
