Located at Legacy Park within the exclusive gated community of Highgate Park, our executive luxury two storey, 5 bedroom Villa offers everything and more you require to ensure you have a wonderful vacation. If this is your ‘holiday of a lifetime’ then you deserve the ‘villa of a lifetime’.
Highgate Park with its tree lined streets, tennis courts, children’s play area and woodland Highway 192 meaning all the Disney attractions are within a 10-15 minute journey, all other major attractions are easy accessible via The Interstate 4 which is minutes from Highgate Park.
Villa “Els" is just a 5 minute drive from supermarkets (24hr) inc Walmart, shops, bars, restaurants, banks, petrol stations, medical centre and take away foods, yet is still very peaceful and tranquil which all the family will appreciate after a busy and enjoyable day at the “Theme Parks".
For all you golf enthusiasts you are spoilt for choice! You may wish to experience the Champions Gate complex, designed by Greg Norman, or try one of the many other championship ~ quality courses available.
Accommodation
Completed in 2006, this luxury 5 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom and two living area Villa has recently been furnished to an executive standard to make it feel like your home, the villa sleeps 10 with the addition of a baby cot (hired) where required.
On the first floor:
The Master Bedroom with its Super King size 4 Poster bed with en~suite bathroom and walk in wardrobes, flat screen TV with cable and telephone.
Double bedroom with adjacent bathroom, ample wardrobe/drawer space and flat screen TV with cable.
Twin bedroom, with adjacent bathroom, our bright Disney Room has ample wardrobe and drawer space and a flat screen TV with cable.
The “Loft"
Designed with business in mind, the loft is the place to read and send e-mails or on the other hand print off directions on the free printer provided to all the major attractions and beaches Florida has to offer.
The ample landing allows views of the kitchen and lounge on the ground floor.
On the Ground Floor:
Twin Bedroom, with adjacent bathroom and has ample wardrobe and drawer space and flat screen TV with cable.
Double Bedroom with adjacent bathroom, ample wardrobe/drawer space, flat screen TV with cable and access to the pool deck.
The Kitchen is equipped with all modern day appliances including cooker, fridge/freezer dispense filtered water and ice, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender (smoothies), toaster, electric tin opener, kettles, and all crockery and cooking utensils. The washing machine and dryer are in the utility room located on the ground floor, there is a large breakfast bar and kitchen nook which comfortably seats 10.
The beautifully decorated dining room with lounge seats and dining table is ideal for relaxing away from the TV.
The Family room or Lounge with its fantastic high ceiling has luxury seating and a 50" Plasma TV with upgraded cable with even a station for your ‘live Premier football games’ and surround sound system including a 5 deck cd/dvd player, radio, I Pod docking station and wireless speaker that can be used in any area of the villa.
The large pool is enclosed by a screen which ensures that the insects stay out but the sun gets through, it’s complimented by a large covered lanai with fan and luxury pool furniture including loungers, table (seats 6) and chairs, there is also a pool shower and bathroom.
The villa is fully air conditioned throughout with ceiling fans in the main living area and all bedrooms.
The games room has a pool table, darts, basketball and tennis racquets supplied.
All linen and towels are provided, cots, high chairs and BBQ’s are available to rent at very competitive prices. Just need to bring your beach towels or buy them from Walmart’s as they are very cheap there.
All rooms have cable TV and Wireless internet access is available throughout the villa, unlimited telephone calls throughout the US and Canada are free.
Welcoming / food packs are available upon request, which are very welcoming especially when you are arriving late in the evening.

Attractions and Amenities
Walt Disney World main gate is just 15 minutes away, other attractions including Universal Studios / Island of Adventure, Sea World, Discovery Cove and the Water Parks are all close by.
By hitting the highways and interstates head out for the day/night to Busch Gardens, Kennedy Space Centre or one of the beautiful beaches on either the Gulf and/or East coasts.
For all you shopaholics both The Florida and Millennium Malls are a must along with Lake Buena Vista Factory stores with over 300 name brand discount stores and the Orlando Premium Outlets.
For the more adventurous and outdoor person amongst us Lake Tohopekaliga offers airboat rides, boating, hiking and fishing. Hot Air Balloon excursions are available at certain times of the year.
