DAVENPORT LANDING BEACH HOME: Sleeps up to 10 in 3-bedrooms and 2-baths. This elegant upscale home is a fantasy come true, located on a sandy almost private Beach! Grandmother will be able to watch the kids play in the sand while being comfortable in a padded lounge chair on the patio. The large vaulted ceiling Living Room features a warm wood stove with free firewood and a large dining area at the other end near the kitchen. All of which enjoy the ocean and beach views.The Master bedroom upstairs has a Queen bed and a private attached bath. This lovely room has full ocean and beach views. There is another room across the hall from the master bedroom with 2 twin beds and a Double bed. The 3rd bedroom has another Double bed and is downstairs next to a sitting room with a Double sofa sleeper and the 2nd bathroom with an amazing underseas tile decoration next to the bath. It is located in the hallway between the two rooms.There are several decks with comfortable lounge chairs to relax in the warm sunshine and fresh sea breezes. Just a short 2-3 min drive back to the fun village of Davenport with its famous Davenport Cafe and great food. Continue on another 10-minutes to the west side of Santa Cruz and there is a Large set of stores including Safeway and Whole Food and a whole row of more great restaurants for you to discover on Mission Street as well as Natural Bridges State Park and the Seymour Discovery Museum! Washer and Dryer & Charcoal BBQ included.
