You will be amazed just how close the ocean is to this home. Situated on the second row of an unbuildable oceanfront (except for the lone house that remains standing after all these years) the beach is your oyster! The beach, water and sand is not the only thing you will find enjoyment from at Almost Oceanfront, you will be very comfortable in the well appointed accomodations that you will find behind the sliding glass doors!
When you arrive, you are taken back by the breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean from the front deck. Looking North or South, you will find sand, sun and water!
Upon entry, you will find the main living area. The living room is to your right and features a sofa (with a queen sleeper), chair and recliner. The brand new flat panel television with DVD player is perfect for relaxation or catching the ball game. Several windows, including an oversized picture window provide the most light and bring the beach right into your home with the fantastic views. The dining area is to the left, with seating for 6 and also features the entertainment nook with board games!
Continuing on through the house, you will come to the kitchen, fully stocked with all the essential equipment and tools necessary to keep you cooking on the beach! Down the hall on the right hand side will be the second bedroom. This room has a Double Bed, dresser and large closet. On your left you will find the first bathroom, a full bath with tub/shower.
At the end of the hall is the Master Suite. A delightful treasure is the oversized Jacuzzi built for 2! The Master Suite is equipped with a Queen Bed, Dresser, separate bathroom with shower, closet and a private deck. There is still one more treasure to be found... the master bedroom deck has stairs that lead to a private 3rd floor observation sun deck, providing unexpected views of the Surf City Canals and Ocean.
