Legacy House is across the street from the beach in the NeahKahNie Neighborhood. Right on Reed Road and protected due west by some shore pines. Cross the street and walk about 100 feet to be on the beach! Enjoy stunning views of the beach and of NeahKahNie Mountain from the second story living room. Spread out and bring your entire family to enjoy the entire home—or enjoy the upstairs with a small family or two couples.

Legacy House—built by a retired couple to accommodate long visits with their children and grandchildren. All together, enjoy three bedrooms, two living rooms with wood-burning fireplaces, two kitchens (one set up for snacks, though it is a full kitchen), two decks. The upstairs has a huge, new flat-screen TV. A then-art studio has been transformed into a now-bedroom. New slate tile floors have been installed on the first level. The downstairs living room has a futon and works as another bedroom. The downstairs TV is set up for a Wii if you bring one. The dining room table is perfect for games and puzzles—with a refrigerator and microwave nearby.
This home is cared for by a locally-based property management staff, to help you when needed and to ensure that your stay with us goes smoothly.
